The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set aside the order of Peshawar High Court (PHC) regarding reserved seats. The 8-5 decision was announced by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah in Islamabad today. The Court ruled that PTI is eligible to the reserved seats. The Peshawar High Court in its order in March this year had denied reserved seats to the PTI-backed Sunni Ittehad Council members.
