Punjab Forest Department has started a plantation campaign in Thoha Khalsa area of Kahuta. In connection with Plant for Pakistan Plantation Campaign, a program titled "Plant a Tree - In the Name of the Martyrs" is being organized to pay tribute to the martyrs on the occasion of Defence Day. A formal ceremony will be held this evening during which saplings will be planted in memory of martyrs and veterans. Free saplings will be distributed by the Forest Division and farmers' gardens will be registered. Source: Radio Pakistan
