Chairman Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs Irfan Siddiqui has urged the Foreign Office to evolve an effective strategy as per the requirements of modern diplomacy. He said this while talking to Foreign Secretary Cyrus Sajjad Qazi, who called on him in Islamabad today. Senator Irfan Siddiqui said diplomacy has become a complete science in present times and there is a need to develop a better strategy to meet the needs of modern times.
