Caretaker Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications Dr. Umar Saif says government is making all-out efforts to empower the youth of the country with info-tech skills. In an interview with a private TV channel, he said government would initiate a project to establish ten thousand countrywide E-Rozgar centers from next week.
