Chairman of the Pakistani Caucus in the United States Congress, Congressman Tom Suozzi has reiterated his commitment to strengthening the ties between the Pakistan and United States.
On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Tom Suozzi has issued a heartfelt message to the Pakistani American community, extending his warm wishes and celebrating their contributions to American society.
Tom Suozzi expressed his gratitude and admiration for the Pakistani American community, stating that he wants to wish all of his friends in the Pakistani American community, Long Island and in New York and throughout the country.
Acknowledging the significant achievements of Pakistani Americans, he highlighted their role in enhancing the cultural and economic fabric of the nation.
Congressman Tom Suozzi also recalled his visit to Pakistan in 2022, alongside the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, following the devastating floods.
He said he was one of the first members of Congress to visit Pakistan after the devast
ating floods in 2022.
He affirmed his dedication to building on the legacy of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and advancing the US-Pakistan relationship.
